Do I need to create a member account?

 

You can browse our website and add items to your basket without creating an account and can place the order with our Guest Checkout option. However, creating a member account will provide you with the following benefits:

  • Makes the shopping process easier and faster.

  • Saves your preferred delivery addresses.

  • Allows you to view all your previous orders.

  • Lets you check your order status before it’s shipped.

 

What if I forget my password?

 

Simply click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ available at the login/sign-up page. Enter your registered email address and click ‘Reset Password’. A set of instructions will be sent to your email to guide you through creating a new password.

 

How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address details?

 

Log in, click on ‘My Account’, and you will be able to edit or update your particulars (including addresses and password) and save them for future orders.

 

How do I order online?

 

To purchase any product, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the required size/color, and click ‘Add to Cart’. A pop-up will confirm the item is in your cart. Click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button, provide all your delivery details (ensuring your cell phone and email are valid), select your desired payment option from the drop-down list, and click ‘Place Order’.

 

How do I know that my order is placed?

 

Fashique uses a highly precise automated email system. After successfully placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email at your valid email address, which includes your order summary/invoice and your order number. If you did not receive an email, your order was not successfully placed.

 

Why does the item in my cart now say it is unavailable?

 

Unfortunately, adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Items are available for anyone to purchase until they have been successfully checked out. If you receive an error about an item being unavailable during checkout, you will need to remove that item from your cart to proceed. Please contact our Customer Care for support if needed.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes, you can cancel or change your order while you are still browsing and shopping by simply removing and/or updating it from your ‘Shopping Cart’.

However, once your order has been confirmed and processed for dispatch, it cannot be changed or canceled. In this instance, the order will be sent to you, and you will need to refer to our Returns Policy if you wish to return it.

Fashique reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of stock, payment being declined, or the inaccuracy of pricing.

 

How can I pay on your site?

 

At Fashique, we offer the following payment options:

  • Cash On Delivery (Only in Pakistan)

  • Credit/Debit Card*

    • A copy of the cardholder’s CNIC may be required for Credit/Debit Card orders. You can send the CNIC copy via email or WhatsApp to our Customer Care Number.

 

What currency do you use?

 

All prices have a default display in Pakistani Rupee (PKR), including GST.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

 

Shipping time within Pakistan is typically 3-5 working days.

 

What courier services do you use for shipping?

 

Shipments within Pakistan are dispatched using trusted services such as TCS, Call Courier, Leopards, and Swyftlogistics.

 

What if I am not available at the time of order delivery?

 

Our courier service typically attempts to deliver a parcel at your provided address twice. Kindly ensure that the valid address and postal code are clearly mentioned when placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to the Fashique head office and you will receive an email confirmation.
