Fashique Exchange & Returns Policy
General Policies
Exchange Eligibility: Unworn and unwashed garments can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they have their original receipt and tag intact.
Sale Items: No exchanges, refunds, or claims can be made on products purchased during a discounted period or a clearance sale.
Price Adjustment: If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the currently marked down price.
Pricing: All prices are fixed and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
No Cash Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds for either prepaid or Cash on Delivery orders for any reason.
In the event that an item from a paid order becomes unavailable or is found to be damaged during shipping, Fashique reserves the right to cancel that specific item.
In such cases, customers will not be issued a cash refund. Instead, customers will be offered a replacement article of their choice or an online store voucher of equivalent value, which may be used for future purchases.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Due to hygienic reasons, exchanges will not be entertained for accessories, undergarments, belts, hats/caps, sunglasses, or shoes.
Garment Care: Always read the care label inside the garment before washing.
Policies for Online Purchases
Damage/Missing Item Claim: A customer claim regarding a damaged or missing item will only be entertained if a full, unedited video is shared with us within 24 hours of delivery. This video must start from the moment the parcel is sealed, clearly showing everything inside.
Processing Claims: If your claim regarding damage or a missing item is approved, you must return the product and will receive an Online Store Credit for the product amount (excluding original shipping costs) for future purchases. All claims must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order; no requests will be entertained after this period.
Online Store Credit: This allows you to return your purchase and utilize the same value for a later purchase on our website.
Return Shipping Costs: Items will be sent back through a courier after the exchange request is approved. Shipping costs will generally not be part of the exchange or claim value.
Refunded Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:
The item was damaged when received by the customer.
The wrong item was delivered.
A promotional free shipping offer is being applied.
In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
International Orders: Currently, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
Order Cancellation by Fashique
Fashique reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to, the unavailability of stock, payment being declined, or the inaccuracy of pricing.
